One pet, one groomer, one slot
Your pet isn't sharing a room with six others. We block the calendar around them β start to finish, same hands.
We're a four-chair studio in Riverside. No kennel runs, no assembly line, no "we'll call you when they're done." You get a groomer, a time slot, and a pet who comes home calm instead of rattled.

Seven of the last two hundred. We don't retouch, we don't borrow other studios' photos, and we don't put bows on pets who hate bows.

Customer Care Β· 6 yrsOur shepherd mix used to shake in the car the whole way. Maya did a meet-and-greet with no scissors involved, and now he walks in by himself. Genuinely didn't think that was possible.
Came in with a matted rescue cat and expected the worst. Danny spent twenty minutes just getting her calm before touching her, then did it without shaving her bald. Worth every dollar.
They sent photos the same evening showing a hot spot I hadn't noticed. Took her to the vet the next day. That's not a grooming service, that's someone actually looking at your animal.
Prices are on the wall, wait time was exactly what they said, and the cut looked like the photo I brought in. Low bar, apparently, because nobody else has cleared it.
Fill this in and Tom gets it within the hour during opening times. This is a request, not a confirmed booking β we check the calendar and text you back.

Usually 75 to 120 minutes for a medium dog, longer for double coats or heavy matting. Because we only take one pet per groomer at a time, the slot we quote you is the whole slot β no waitlist in the back room.
Yes, and it's a chunk of what we do. We start with a free 10-minute meet-and-sniff with no tools out. For very anxious pets we work in short sessions, sometimes split across two visits, and we never force a finish just to hit a time. Book the "anxious pet" note in your form and Maya will call you first.
No. We're groomers, not vets, and we won't medicate an animal. If a pet genuinely needs sedation, that's a conversation for your veterinarian β and we're happy to work alongside one with a light sedative your vet prescribes.
Most do. Cats go in the separate cat room with Danny, and a lot of them get a waterless or spot bath instead of a full soak. A lion cut or sanitary trim can often be done without a bath at all. We'll tell you honestly what's realistic for your cat before we start.
You can stay in the waiting area, and plenty of first-timers do. We ask you not to stand over the table though β pets behave noticeably better when their person isn't in sight-line. If your pet does better with you there, we'll say so.
Free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the service, because that's a slot another pet could have had. No-shows are charged in full. If something medical comes up, just tell us β we're not monsters.
Yes. Where the mat will release with conditioner and time, we'll do that and keep the coat. Where it's tight against the skin, shaving is the humane option β pulling it out causes bruising and skin damage. We'll show you the mat before we decide, and we'll never shave without telling you first.
Fully insured and licensed, certificates on the wall by the desk. All four of us hold current pet first-aid certification, re-done every two years.
Ten minutes. No scissors. Your pet decides if they like us.
Automated reply assistant Β· a human from the desk takes over when needed.
